Custom tile showers, built to last.

Walk into our display shower in the Shippensburg showroom. It's a working sample board of tile, niches, mosaic floors, and trim, so you can see and touch the options before you plan your own.

What you can see in person

Photos help, but tile is something you have to see in real light. Here's what the display shower shows off.

  • Large-format wallsBig marble-look porcelain tiles mean fewer grout lines to clean, and a calmer, more high-end look.
  • Mixing sizes and finishesOne wall pairs stone-look tile set vertically with a thin mosaic accent stripe. See how different tiles work together before you commit.
  • Built-in nichesRecessed niches in several styles: a sleek black metal niche, tile-lined niches with mosaic backs, and a lighted niche on the outside wall.
  • Two shower floorsHalf the floor is a gray marble mosaic and half is pebble, so you can feel the difference underfoot and see how each handles a sloped floor.
  • Finished edgesA scalloped tile border and metal edge profiles show how to finish a tile edge cleanly, without a bulky bullnose.
  • Outside the showerNavy glazed subway tile, a glass mosaic border, and a patterned floor tile show what tile can do beyond the shower walls.

Behind the tile

A shower is only as good as its waterproofing.

The tile is what you see. What keeps water out of your walls is the system underneath. We carry Schluter shower systems: waterproofing membranes, sloped shower trays, drains, prefabricated niches, and edge profiles, along with the thin-set mortar made to go with them.

Using a complete system means every layer is designed to work together, from the drain to the last piece of trim. Stop in and pick up the Schluter literature by the display, or ask us to walk you through how it all fits.
